The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul at the Bosphorus

Very good location, close to the bustling side but at the right distance. The staff was absolutely amazing and courteous. The rooms are comfortable with attention to detail.

Fabulous. Fresh, delicious, nutritious. Beautifully presented. Lovely view of the Bosporus from the Breakfast Dining Area. And last but not least, wonderful staff.

From the very start of our stay, the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly special. My husband and I spent two nights at the hotel, initially staying in a Front Bosphorus view room. The view was spectacular and the room was lovely, though we did experience some noise and smoke smell due to neighboring guests, affecting our sleep. We mentioned this politely at reception the next day, and coincidentally, it was my birthday. The staff graciously upgraded us to the Istanbul Suite, adding a delightful touch of celebration. Upon returning later that day, we were surprised by a thoughtful arrangement in our suite. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options that left us feeling well satisfied both mornings. Our experience at this hotel was remarkable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. I look forward to returning!

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at — and we’ve stayed at over 100! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling, and everything was perfect down to the smallest details. The food was outstanding, both at breakfast and in the hotel restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes and fresh fruits. Housekeeping was impeccable — we received five towels for two people, changed twice a day, along with twice-daily room cleaning. The room itself was a dream: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Fresh flowers in the room, pristine white robes, carefully changed cutlery, and absolutely flawless cleanliness. The attention to comfort and detail was remarkable. The rooms are also well-equipped with modern technology, and if you’re missing a channel, they’ll install it for you. Staff consistently asked if we needed anything, and the service across the hotel — at the lobby, breakfast area, and pool — was exceptional. The scent throughout the corridors was delightful, and the bath amenities were clearly high-end. There’s truly nothing to criticize. Yes, the pool is a bit small, but that’s a minor point. This is by far the best hotel and service we’ve ever experienced!
